The two published audits presented here relate to the ERC-20 token contract of HYPER,
address 0xA86c39fa8341aDC5219f355468fc78Cec7e8702B
on Ethereum (deployed 2 May 2025, Solidity, supply 21,000,000,000 HYPER).
Neither audit covers the bridge, the sequencer, the SVM Relay Program, the generation/verification of ZK proofs or the Data Availability model — that is, the entire attack surface of the declared Layer 2.
The claim that recurs in the promotional materials, namely that “Bitcoin Hyper has been audited”, is therefore technically true but materially partial: it offers reassurance on one risk (unauthorised minting or a honeypot in the presale token) while saying nothing about the principal architectural risk (BTC custody within the bridge, sequencer manipulation, and the validity of the proofs).
